Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your salon appointment?  Not a problem, the expert team at Colour Me Sophie B understand that life changes.  Let us know 48 hours before your appointment, if you need to cancel, to avoid a penalty fee (50% of your scheduled service).  For your convenience, we send a reminder text message to you 48 hours prior to your salon appointment making it easy peasy for you to confirm or cancel your attendance!  Reply YES to confirm your attendance, so we can prepare for your visit.  Reply NO to cancel your space, so we can fill it with another guest from our waiting list.  No showing is very naughty and may result in divorce!  Colour Me Sophie B will add a penalty fee (50% of your scheduled service) to your salon account for failure to give notice of cancellation 48 hours prior to your appointment.  Be a good girl and always let us know if you can’t make it!  

Allergy Test

All new colour guests must have an allergy test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment, safety first beauties!

First trimester guests please consult your doctor before scheduling!

Prices

Prices vary depending on your chemical history, target shade and services required to get you there. Every guest will receive an in-depth consultation and quotation prior to their service!  All pricing on our website are listed as “from” and should be used as a guide only.  A detailed price structure is given on consultation and is bespoke to each guest.

Bond Rebuilders

Healthy hair is happy hair.  Our hair colour specialists use Innoluxe bond rebuilders (added charges apply) to safeguard the integrity of your hair during each service.  Whilst this isn't compulsory, it is advised for maximum protection and longevity of your hair colour.  Please note, in some cases it simply is not safe to create without using bond rebuilders.
